Welcome to TeamForge

a truly unique team development experience

This fun and exciting experience delivers a science-based assessment of individual and team capabilities and development opportunities.

While in a specifically designed scenario, your team will work together to solve a series of situations and dilemmas with limited resources. In doing so, all team members will discover if they are “strategists or risk-takers”; whether they are “aggressive or avoiding”; and if they “find it easy to delegate responsibility “or” have trust issues”.

how does it work?

While in a specifically designed scenario, your team will work together to solve a series of situations and dilemmas with limited resources.

In doing so, all team members will discover if they are “strategists or risk-takers”, whether they are “aggressive or avoiding” – and if they “find it easy to delegate responsibility“ or ”have trust issues”.

what is a ‘scenario room’?

A scenario room is a purpose-built environment within which a team confronts a series of challenges  ranging from trivial to life-threatening (in the scenario, not in real life!)

Each room involves a different dynamic and compels the team members to consider the effective use of resources, time management, protection of personnel and equipment, and the up keep of morale.

Communication and teamwork are the keys to success.

why use a scenario room?

Our scenario rooms provide the opportunity for groups to display their capacity to achieve new levels of professionalism while enjoying the excitement of a team-building exercise. In high-pressure circumstances involving deadlines set in concrete, participants are forced out of their comfort zone to make important decisions based on the (something) of probabilities – a situation common to both the public and private corporate sector.

what’s the outcome?

Once the team has completed the two-hour scenario, and at a later date, they will take part in a group discussion with the professionals at Magical Learning to reflect on the team’s results.

Each participant will also receive a personal written appraisal of their contribution.
